Faircape comprises of a group of Cape Town based, South African companies specialising in property development, investment, construction, management, and other associated businesses. From the initial sourcing of potential sites, to the construction,development and ongoing management, the Faircape group deals with the full evolution of a property.

Each entity within the group provides high levels of skill through the experience and knowledge of the people making up the business units. Years of accumulated experience amongst the individual members, and a passion for developing premium property sites, has culminated in Faircape developing, owning and managing a portfolio of top quality properties.

Faircape Property Developers (Pty) Ltd emerged out of Faircape Homes Ltd, a listed entity in the late 1980's. The initial focus was on developments in the economic housing market, with a later shift to luxury housing developments, and into the commercial and industrial property markets.

Faircape Construction (Pty) Ltd was formed to bolster the service capabilities of Faircape Property Developers, taking on the majority of the contracting work within the group.

Faircape Management Services CC was launched in 1995 to take on the responsibilities of managing various properties developed by Faircape, as well as to provide a management service to Body Corporates and Home Owners Associations in general.

The Faircare Trust is a group of companies with 17 years experience in the Retirement Village industry. The Faircare Trust specialises in the operation and management of Retirement Villages and Health Care Centres, while assisting in the marketing sales and leasing of property within the Retirement Villages.
